緊急事態宣言が解除され少しづつ生活が変わっていきますね。
大会が中止になっているところもありますが、また再開される事を期待して稽古に励んでいきましょう！！
合宿やセミナーと違いオンライン稽古は毎日稽古をする習慣を身につける事も目標にしています。まだ空手を始めて日が浅い方にもオススメです。

朝稽古について
代表の横瀬先生を中心にJr.NIPPON 空手道チームの常任コーチがメニューを組んで稽古をしています。朝の３０分間、毎日行います。また、毎月テーマを絞り計画的に行っています。短期的なセミナー等とは違い中長期的に行っているので2〜３ヶ月すると段々と実感出来ると思います。朝稽古をきっかけに規則正しく生活が送れるようになったとの声も聞かれます。生活習慣が良くなる事で、空手だけでなく子供の成長にもいい影響が有ります。是非、朝稽古を習慣にしてみませんか？
About morning practice
The permanent coach, led by the representative, Mr. Yokose, is training with a menu.It is held every day for 30 minutes in the morning.Also, I narrow down the theme every month and do it systematically.
Unlike short-term seminars, we conduct them in the medium to long term, so I think you will be able to feel them gradually in 2-3 months.Some people say that I have become able to lead a regular life after practicing in the morning.
Improving your lifestyle has a positive effect not only on karate but also on your child’s growth.

組手稽古について
飯作先生による組手の稽古です。こちらは毎週金曜に行っていて、毎回テーマを掲げ重点的に稽古をしています。短い時間で集中して行う事が出来るのでレベルアップが期待出来ます。ライブ配信なので飯作先生に直接質問等も出来ます。技術だけでなくメンタル面について不安がある方も変われるきっかけが掴める機会になると思います！さあ一緒にオンライン稽古を始めよう！！

It’s a kumite training by Mr. Iisaku.I go here every Friday, and I focus on practicing with a theme every time.
You can concentrate in a short amount of time, so you can expect to improve your level.
It’s a live broadcast, so you can ask questions directly to Mr. Iisaku.I think it will be an opportunity for those who are worried not only about technology but also about mental aspects to grasp the opportunity to change!
